We were then captivated by aerobatic pilot and engineer Rich Goodwin, who shared his exhilarating story—from flying Tornados in Desert Storm to building jet-powered biplanes—highlighting the values of agility, precision, and fearless innovation.

We were proud to welcome Jason Caldwell, President & CEO of GracoRoberts, who outlined a powerful vision for 2025 and beyond—anchored by digital leadership, global technical collaboration, and a shared drive to become category creators in online aerospace specialty chemicals distribution.
