The E-commerce team has been hard at work throughout Q1, delivering significant enhancements to
the user experience on both Silmid.com and GracoRoberts.com. These updates are designed to
streamline navigation and place greater emphasis on product discovery and category browsing.
The updates include a fully redesigned navigation system, refreshed headers and footers, and a more
focused homepage layout—all aimed at improving usability and accessibility.
In addition, the team has implemented advanced analytics software to gain deeper insights into user
behavior. This will support ongoing UX improvements driven by real-time data.
Silmid.com now offers Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) functionality for new website registrants —an exciting addition in the B2B space. This feature provides greater payment flexibility for our customers. Plans are already underway to expand BNPL access to all eligible users on Silmid.com.
To better serve our global customer base, the E-commerce team has developed multi-language functionality for GracoRoberts.com. The platform will soon support 10 additional languages, including Spanish. Following successful testing, this feature is now live on GracoRoberts.com.
