Accountability remains a key priority for the GracoRoberts family in 2025. This is a quick update on what’s coming up in the months ahead.
It’s been nine months since our last All-Company Survey and a lot has happened – including:
To check-in on how these changes are working, during July and August you will receive one or more short “pulse” surveys. These will include around 10 quick questions designed to gauge whether things have improved in your area and across the business. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’re eager to hear your thoughts. Are we making the right changes? Are we living up to our goal of creating a fulfilling work environment? Please keep an eye out for the survey invitations in July and August and let your voice be heard!
Earlier this year, our Accountability Focus Groups talked about the need to have clearer expectations on internal communication. In response, a set of communication guidelines are being designed to help us all connect more effectively and respectfully. These guidelines will officially launch in August across the GracoRoberts family of brands.
How each of us communicates reflects our personal brand. Being responsive, clear, and considerate helps build strong professional relationships and trust across the business, and aligns with our value of Communicate: to share information with transparency and frequency.
The Accountability Focus Groups also shared feedback on the need for consistent management practices across all locations. Starting in July, training sessions for different topics will launch starting with how to have Effective 1:1 Meetings.
