Introducing Our New U.S. Employee Handbook

This September, we're excited to launch our brand-new U.S. Employee Handbook, an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to create a more unified and consistent employee experience.

The new handbook replaces our six existing U.S. employee handbooks and brings together core policies, guidelines, and workplace expectations into a single, easy-to-navigate resource. While the handbook provides general guidance for all U.S. employees, state-specific requirements are contained in accompanying State Supplements, ensuring we continue to meet local compliance requirements while maintaining consistency throughout the organization.

One of the key goals of this project was to make information more accessible and easier to understand. Wherever possible, policies have been written in clear, straightforward language, helping employees quickly find the information they need. While some sections require more formal legal language due to regulatory requirements, the overall handbook was designed with simplicity and usability in mind.

As our company continues to grow and evolve, having a single handbook helps ensure a more consistent experience for employees while making it easier to communicate policies across our expanding organization. The handbook also reflects updates to various policies and practices, supporting our commitment to compliance, transparency, and employee engagement.

The new U.S. Employee Handbook and State Supplements will be available to all U.S. employees in September.
