The Mid-Year Performance Review process wrapped up at the end of July. A big thank you to everyone who participated!
The Mid-Year Review was designed to:
Provide a meaningful check-in midway through the year
Create a two-way feedback process for employees and their managers
Offer employees guidance and support from managers for the remainder of the year
Align and update goals

Any suggestions for improving the process?
Responses ranged from positive feedback to suggestions for changes or concerns about the need for reviews.
Apply the simplicity of the Mid-Year Review to the Year-End Review
Provide more structured goal setting at the beginning of the year
Increase focus on development and growth
Continue preparing both managers and employees for productive review conversations
Your feedback will be used to further evolve the performance review process. Work is already underway on the Year-End Review, and we are committed to making it:
Simple and efficient to complete
Supportive of development, with more training for managers and employees
Focused on meaningful feedback and goal setting
