Sam Dudevski - 5-Year Anniversary on February 1st
Sam first joined the Resin Formulators team with the intent to support lab development goals by generating material data using our new analytical equipment. It quickly became evident that Sam’s interests and capabilities extended far beyond this initial scope.
Sam quickly became a secondary formulator of new products, supporting our Senior Research Chemist with process feedback related to customer expectations, and developing new formulations of his own. He has since taken on the role of both Formulator and Laboratory Manager.
Sam’s energy, dedication, and reliability for all priority needs in RF have made him an invaluable team member.
Please join me in congratulating Sam on his five-year anniversary. Sam, we appreciate all you do and are thankful to have you on board.

Ian Pearson - 5-Year Anniversary on February 2nd
We truly appreciate Ian's dedication to the team. Ian consistently demonstrates a strong eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for getting things right.
Over the years, Ian has developed into a highly multi‑skilled member of our warehouse team—mastering Goods In, learning UK Dispatch, supporting our chemical repacking, and most recently taking on our export packing process.
As a team member who leads with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, Ian’s contributions make a real difference. We are grateful for everything you bring to the team.
