Angela Norris - 5-Year Anniversary on January 4th
While this marks Angie’s 5-year anniversary with GracoRoberts, her journey with the company goes back even further. I had the pleasure of working with Angie previously when I oversaw the CSR department in Fort Worth.
Throughout her time with GracoRoberts, Angie has consistently been a true team player, always willing to step in and help wherever needed. She is highly knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Her dedication and positive attitude make her a valued member of the GracoRoberts team.

Jose Lozada-Ortiz - 10-Year Anniversary on January 18th
Congratulations Jose on 10 years with the PCC team! Jose initially started in the warehouse as a warehouse associate and quickly worked his way to being the Warehouse Manager and now his current role is Customer Service Manager.
In his position, Jose has always found ways to lean out processes and make them more efficient. He plays a key part in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and is always willing to get orders out the door for them. He understands our operations and commitment to excellence.
We are grateful for his contributions over the past decade and look forward to many more years ahead.
