Steve Walker - Account Manager - Retirement
After more than two decades of dedicated service, we are both proud and a little wistful to announce the retirement of Steve Walker, effective October 31, 2025.
Steve’s journey with GracoRoberts began in 1990 with Graco Supply, where he quickly became known for his deep industry knowledge and genuine care for customers and colleagues alike. After a brief departure in 1997, we were fortunate to welcome him back in 2004, and he has been an integral part of our success ever since.
Currently serving as an Account Manager/Inside Sales, Steve has built a rich legacy of excellence, mentorship, and friendship. His commitment to our customers and his collaborative spirit has left an indelible mark on our organization.
Steve, thank you for everything. You will always be part of the GracoRoberts family.

Megan Butler - People Services Generalist - 5 Years on November 9thCelebrating 5 Years of Service at Silmid – Congratulations, Megan Butler! Megan joined us in 2020 and quickly made her mark by playing a key role in the successful digitization of our HR systems, including the implementation of PeopleHR and Skillstation. Her forward-thinking approach helped modernize how we support our people.
Over the years, Megan’s role has grown in both scope and impact. She’s taken the lead on recruiting and onboarding, and has become the trusted go-to for People Services. She consistently demonstrates good judgment and knowledge along with an ability to resolve issues with clarity and confidence.
Her guidance is marked by warmth, professionalism, and a genuine care for others. This year, Megan stepped into her new role as People Services Generalist, a well-earned promotion that reflected her dedication, adaptability, and knowledge.
