We’re excited to welcome Stephen Armas as our newest Senior Service Desk Analyst on the IT Team, sitting in Carson, CA, and reporting to Chris Pixley! He has over eight years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency. His commitment to outstanding customer service will play a key role in strengthening our system access and support functions through streamlined processes and targeted training.
When he’s not solving tech puzzles, Stephen and his wife love to travel, explore new places, and catch live theater and concerts.

Jose Lozada Welcomes Christopher Schmidt, Customer Account Representative, PCC, Fife, WA
We’re excited to introduce Chris Schmidt, our newest Customer Account Representative at PCC, reporting to Jose Lozada! Originally from Illinois, Chris made the move to Washington in 2015 to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and be closer to family.
An outdoor enthusiast, Chris loves camping, hiking, and kayaking—and is planning to try snowboarding for the first time this year!
With extensive experience in customer service, Chris considers this work his true calling. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to seeing his contributions and growth with the team.

Mike Asoian Welcomes Cierra Mitchell, Warehouse Operations Clerk, Wichita, KS
We’re excited to welcome Cierra Mitchell to the GracoRoberts team! Cierra is joining us in Wichita as our new Warehouse Operations Clerk, reporting to Michael Asoian. In this role, she’ll support local deliveries and assist with the 3P VMI program.
She brings extensive experience in delivery and inventory management, making her a strong addition to our growing team. Cierra will play an important role in keeping our warehouse and shipping operations running smoothly.
