Please join us in giving a big GracoRoberts welcome to Kameron Chitanavong, the newest member of our Account Services team in Wichita, KS, reporting to Anne Katzenmeier.
Kameron comes to us fresh from Wichita State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), and IT. He’s already built an impressive foundation—supporting inventory management at Bombardier, serving as an IT intern at Bell Flight, and working as a student tester at NAIR, where he gained hands-on experience in composite testing. Kameron has a real passion for mastering new systems and is excited to continue growing his skills here at GracoRoberts.
And now…the fun stuff!
🧩 He can solve Rubik’s cubes (which officially makes him the team’s resident problem‑solver).
⛳ He even coded a program to automatically book his golf tee times for every Saturday at 9 a.m.—but only if it’s warm. He proudly identifies as a fair‑weather golfer.

Outside of work, Tacoli enjoys spending time with friends and cheering on his favorite football teams—whether it’s college football (GO DUKE!) or the NFL (GO PANTHERS!).

Mike has spent his career partnering with engineering and production teams to help identify just the right adhesive to meet demanding design requirements. Now, he’s jumping back in with both our Sales and Service teams to support customer needs, spark innovation, and deliver the technical solutions that boost performance and productivity.

Please join us in giving a big, enthusiastic welcome to Ryan Fogelberg, the newest member of our KAM team! Ryan brings some serious talent to GracoRoberts—he’s a skilled, driven sales professional with a passion for doing things right and doing them well.
Armed with Mechanical Engineering degrees from Michigan State University and the University of Cincinnati, plus completion of GE Aerospace’s Technical Leadership Program (with a California adventure in the mix), Ryan comes to us with a strong background in both the aerospace and automotive industries. Most recently, he led Tier 1 automotive teams and consistently delivered impressive, high‑impact results fueled by meaningful innovation.
But Ryan’s not all business—outside of work, you’ll find him in Rochester, Michigan, where he enjoys life with his wife and two children. When he’s not crushing goals at work, he’s likely out golfing, water or snow skiing, mountain biking, or backpacking. If it involves movement, adventure, or the outdoors, Ryan’s in!

Lee Sullivan Welcomes Mandi Fenn, Director of Procurement, Sourcing and Supplier Relationships, Arlington, TX
🎉 Please Join Me in Welcoming Mandi Fenn to the GracoRoberts Family! 🎉
I am thrilled to welcome Mandi Fenn as our new Director of Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Relations!
Mandi brings 15 years of expertise in strategic sourcing and supply chain leadership, primarily within the aerospace and defense industries. Most recently, she led global procurement and supplier strategy initiatives at FDH Aero, where she focused on high-impact supplier negotiations, acquisition integrations, and building scalable sourcing processes designed to support organizational growth.
Before FDH, Mandi led teams supporting Boeing Defense’s executive transportation programs, which included aircraft used by the U.S. President and other domestic and international government leaders—an impressive testament to her experience, leadership, and attention to detail.
Beyond her corporate contributions, Mandi has spent the last seven years as an active member of the Junior League, specializing in nonprofit fundraising. Outside the office, she and her husband stay busy keeping up with their energetic 4‑year‑old daughter and their mini dachshund.
Mandi will be based in our Arlington office, so please stop by and extend a warm welcome when you’re in the building.

He’s known for showing up each day with a great attitude and a warm, welcoming smile that brightens the room.
