Mark Tepera Congratulates Tom Gotthold - VMI Program Manager, GracoRoberts, Remote
We’re thrilled to announce that Tom Gotthold will be stepping into the role of GracoRoberts’ VMI Program Manager. Tom will begin transitioning into this position as he wraps up his current responsibilities and supports John Connor through his upcoming retirement. The official start date for Tom’s new role is January 1.
Once in this role, Eric Robinson will report directly to Tom. In the interim, Mark Tepera will continue to provide day-to-day support for the VMI program to ensure a smooth transition. Tom will oversee our world-class service for existing VMI clients—3P, United, and Albany Composites—while also shaping the strategic direction of our VMI offering and driving program growth.
Over the past six years at GracoRoberts, Tom has developed deep expertise in our processes, products, and customer relationships. Few can articulate our value proposition to prospective VMI clients as effectively as Tom. His prior experience managing VMI programs at Haas and Incora further strengthens his ability to lead this initiative.
We’re truly excited to have Tom bring his extensive knowledge and experience to the VMI program. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue delivering exceptional support to both our current and future VMI clients.
