Mark Tepera Welcomes Gary Lopez – Warehouse Operations Manager, Arlington, TX
GracoRoberts is pleased to introduce Gary Lopez as our new Warehouse Operations Manager for the Arlington facility. Gary started at the beginning of August and immediately started working side-by-side with Renee Carlson to learn the Arlington business. They will continue to work together for the next several weeks to transfer the knowledge that makes this facility so successful. It’s expected that on September 15th Renee will focus her attention on her new role in Compliance and that Gary will assume full responsibility for the operations of the Arlington facility.
Gary brings over 20 years of experience in inventory control and operations management. He enjoys driving efficiency, accuracy, and team performance. For the past 12 years, he’s led high-performing teams in fast-paced aerospace and manufacturing environments—building systems that scale and cultures that are rooted in trust and accountability. Gary is passionate about helping people grow, solving operational challenges, and creating environments where teams can thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips with his family, exploring new foods, and making memories along the way.

Liz King Welcomes Eno Okon – Accounts Payable Specialist, Arlington, TX
🎉 The Accounting Team (A-Team!) and all of us at GracoRoberts are excited to welcome Eno Okon as our new Accounts Payable Specialist! 🎉
Eno brings nearly a decade of AP experience to the team, and we’re thrilled to have her on board. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to visit family, has had the unique opportunity to meet presidents and royalty from around the world, and finds joy in staying active and keeping things tidy.
Professionally, Eno is known for her punctuality and strong commitment to following policies and procedures. She’s also currently expanding her expertise by pursuing a certificate in Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Tony Smith welcomes Bradley Donald - Warehouse Operative, Silmid UK
Please join Silmid in welcoming Bradley Donald to the Warehouse team. Bradley joins us from GSF car parts where he worked in various different areas from Goods In, Quality and Recall. Bradley has had an excellent start to his Silmid career, supporting Goods In with stock rotation, put away and stock checks.

Matt Ellis welcomes Louise Wotherspoon- Visual Merchandiser, Silmid UK
We are delighted to welcome Louise as the newest member of our e-Commerce team. Louise joins us as a Visual Merchandiser and will play an integral role in optimizing the online shopping experience for our customers! Louise has recently relocated back to Birmingham from Manchester where she worked as an Online Merchandiser for Pretty Little Thing.

Lynne Ward welcomed Jorja Ollis- Work Experience, Silmid UK
The Finance team were delighted to welcome Jorja Ollis to Silmid! Jorja was with Silmid for a short term work experience placement and spent a week shadowing the team and getting some hands on experience in the world of Finance. Jorja is currently studying Business at College and had expressed an interest in pursuing a future career in Accounting. During her work experience, Jorja received her A Level results, achieving straight A’s across the board – congrats Jorja!

Ciara Jones congratulates Natalie Main on her promotion to Buyer, Silmid UK
We are delighted to share that Natalie Main has been promoted to Buyer - a very well-deserved achievement!
Natalie celebrated 10 years with the Silmid business in July and joined the Purchasing Team as a Junior Buyer in 2024. Since then, she has successfully navigated a significant increase in workload, strengthened relationships with her key suppliers, and effectively managed day to day tactical operations, all while consistently supporting our internal stakeholders and new starters. Natalie continues to demonstrate a keen eye for detail, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Matt Ellis congratulates Matt Noble on his promotion to eCommerce Analyst, Silmid UK
Matt Noble has been promoted to eCommerce Analyst and we are are all delighted. Matt has been with Silmid for over 2 years now and has played a pivotal role in the expansion of translations across the Silmid channels. Matt has built strong relationships with both his team mates and other stakeholders across the business being a key contact for web and maintenance queries. Matt's willingness to learn and gain experience in a hugely complex industry makes him an asset to our team!
