New Hires
Mark Tepera Welcomes Gary Lopez – Warehouse Operations Manager, Arlington, TX
GracoRoberts is pleased to introduce Gary Lopez as our new Warehouse Operations Manager for the Arlington facility. Gary joined us at the beginning of August and immediately began working side by side with Renee Carlson to learn the Arlington business. Over the next several weeks, they will continue to work closely together to transfer the knowledge that has made this facility so successful. On September 15, Renee will transition her focus to her new role in Compliance, and Gary will assume full responsibility for operations at the Arlington facility.
Gary brings more than 20 years of experience in inventory control and operations management. He is passionate about driving efficiency, accuracy, and team performance. For the past 12 years, he has led high-performing teams in fast-paced aerospace and manufacturing environments—building scalable systems and fostering cultures rooted in trust and accountability. Gary is committed to helping people grow, solving operational challenges, and creating environments where teams can thrive.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys road trips with his family, exploring new foods, and making memories along the way.

Liz King Welcomes Eno Okon – Accounts Payable Specialist, Arlington, TX
The Accounting Team and all of us at GracoRoberts are excited to welcome Eno Okon as our new Accounts Payable Specialist! 🎉
Eno brings nearly a decade of AP experience to the team, and we’re thrilled to have her on board. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to visit family, has had the unique opportunity to meet presidents and royalty from around the world, and finds joy in staying active and keeping things tidy.
Professionally, Eno is known for her punctuality and strong commitment to following policies and procedures. She’s also currently expanding her expertise by pursuing a certificate in Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Tony Smith Welcomes Bradley Donald - Warehouse Operative, Silmid UK
Please join Silmid in welcoming Bradley Donald to the Warehouse team! Bradley joins us from GSF Car Parts, where he gained experience across several areas including Goods In, Quality, and Recall. He has made an excellent start to his career at Silmid, already supporting the Goods In team with stock rotation, put-away, and stock checks.

Matt Ellis Welcomes Louise Wotherspoon- Visual Merchandiser, Silmid UK
We are delighted to welcome Louise as the newest member of our e-Commerce team! Joining us as a Visual Merchandiser, Louise will play an integral role in enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers. She has recently relocated back to Birmingham from Manchester, where she worked as an Online Merchandiser for Pretty Little Thing.

Lynne Ward Welcomed Jorja Ollis- Work Experience, Silmid UK
The Finance team was delighted to welcome Jorja Ollis to Silmid! Jorja joined us for a short-term work experience placement, spending a week shadowing the team and gaining hands-on insight into the world of Finance. She is currently studying Business at college and has expressed an interest in pursuing a future career in Accounting.
During her placement, Jorja received her A-level results—achieving straight A’s across the board. Congratulations, Jorja!

Ciara Jones congratulates Natalie Main on her promotion to Buyer - Silmid UK
We are delighted to share that Natalie Main has been promoted to Buyer — a very well-deserved achievement!
Natalie celebrated 10 years with Silmid in July and joined the Purchasing Team as a Junior Buyer earlier in 2024. Since then, she has successfully managed a significant increase in workload, strengthened relationships with key suppliers, and overseen day-to-day tactical operations — all while consistently supporting internal stakeholders and mentoring new starters. Natalie also demonstrates a keen eye for detail, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
