Shakur will be reporting to Teresa Gamblin and brings previous experience from Express Employment and Aerotek, where he developed a strong foundation in manufacturing and workforce operations.
Outside of work, Shakur enjoys spending his free time fishing and appreciates opportunities to unwind outdoors. Steve Snider Welcomes Tony Lay, Technical Account Manager
We are excited to welcome Tony Lay as our new Southeast Technical Account Manager. Tony brings decades of experience supporting the manufacturing sector across multiple industries, including aerospace, food and beverage, oil and gas, coil, and general industry. Most recently, he spent nine years with BASF | Chemetall, where he developed extensive industry expertise and strong customer relationships.
Tony lives in the greater Atlanta area with his wife and three sons. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his sons at football, basketball, and rugby games, where he also serves as the treasurer for one of their rugby teams. When time allows, he enjoys taking on home improvement projects and putting his handyman skills to good use.
Tony is excited to continue learning new products and processes, reconnect with former Sky Mart colleagues, and become part of the welcoming culture at GracoRoberts. Since joining, he has already demonstrated a willingness to help, ask questions, and get involved, and we look forward to the contributions he will bring to the Sales team.

Sharon had 11 years of experience working for CTDI and came to us through Aerotek. Sharon has been working with us for several months now and has been a vital part of helping to get caught up in Repack. Dean Askey Welcomes Jamie Donald, Warehouse Operative, Silmid, UK
We are pleased to welcome Jamie Donald to the GracoRoberts team. Based in Birmingham, UK, Jamie joins us as a Warehouse Operative bringing valuable experience in both warehouse operations and customer service. Most recently, he worked as a Warehouse Operative at Brakes, where he was responsible for order picking, packaging and shipping, stock management, and maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior to that, Jamie spent several years as a Bar Assistant, developing strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.

Michelle Cummings Welcomes Back Michelle Colebrook, Strategic Sales Project Lead in Silmid, UK
We are delighted to welcome Michelle Colebrook back to the GracoRoberts family as our new Strategic Sales Project Lead, based remotely on the Isle of Wight, UK, reporting to Michelle Cummings. Michelle is no stranger to the business, having previously spent more than 30 years with Silmid and GracoRoberts in a variety of roles. Throughout her career, she has developed an exceptional depth of knowledge about the aerospace industry, products, and the true meaning of outstanding customer service. 🎉 Congratulations to Daniela Prado on her New Role! 🎉
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Daniela Prado to Accounting Clerk, reporting to David Cabreja and based in Miami, Florida. Daniela joined Sky Mart on October 27, 2025, as an Administrative Assistant and has consistently demonstrated commitment, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn. During her time with the company, she has made a positive impact within the Accounting Department and has continued to grow her knowledge and skills.
In her new role as Accounting Clerk, Daniela will support with a wide range of responsibilities. These include invoice processing, document management, account reconciliations, payment support, and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
This promotion is a reflection of Daniela's hard work, dedication, and continued development. We are excited to see her take on this next step in her career and look forward to her ongoing contributions to the team.
