"I am recognizing these individuals for their thorough and timely testing of the IDSR Proof of Concept project for SkyGeek drop shipments. Over the course of several weeks of UAT, the team demonstrated many of our core values, including:

• Communication – They interacted effectively as a team to process end-to-end transactions, created their own Teams chat to share data quickly, and willingly assisted one another when workloads or absences delayed testing.
• Commitment to Quality – They verified inbound and outbound data between SkyGeek,  SAP, and Crescendo to ensure systems remained aligned.
• Focus on Relationships – They engaged with upstream and downstream departments within GracoRoberts and SkyGeek to reduce manual data entry for both companies."

"I had received a call from a freight forwarder who was dealing with a customer's orders. The freight forwarder was confused about the documentation received and was asking complex questions in regards to legislative requirements. I asked Rob for some support in answering the freight forwarder's queries, and Rob took the call from me and spent a good while on the phone to help. Rob was a fantastic help in resolving this query for the freight forwarder and truly displayed expert knowledge. I wouldn’t have been able to get this resolved without Rob's help. Thank you, Rob!"
