Tiwon Baxter, Warehouse Operations Clerk in High Point, NC – Recognized by Marilyn Brown for Sweep the Floor
Awarded to Tiwon Baxter for going above and beyond in his job duties. He worked specifically with Sales and Purchasing to get a sensitive, highly visible order processed for Blue Origin. His work ethic results in consistently high-quality work. He is an instrumental team member and a key contributor to the GracoRoberts team.
Brandon Price, Warehouse Operations Manager in Fife, WA – Recognized by Chris Curtis for Sweep the Floor and Focus on Relationships
Chris would like to celebrate Brandon for his outstanding support in scanning orders for PCC last week. When the request came through, he quickly stepped in and dedicated several hours to helping a fellow business unit catch up on processing the sales order backlog, demonstrating the Sweep the Floor mindset. His willingness to support another team at short notice helped us leverage resources across different business units remotely, enabling the PCC team to continue catching up following their new ERP integration. Thank you, Brandon, for your support, teamwork, and commitment to helping the business succeed.
Kameron Chitanavong, Account Specialist in Wichita, KA – Recognized by Anne Katzenmeier for Solve Problems and Data Driven
Anne would like to highlight Kameron's initiative and creative thinking. He took the time to analyze Crescendo data and suggest a practical solution to improve visibility and efficiency for POs requiring updated due dates.
His willingness to think outside the box and look for process improvements is greatly appreciated.
Denise Farr, Senior Purchase Ledger Controller in Silmid, UK – Recognized by Faye Gallagher for Commit to Quality, Focus on Relationships and Sweep the Floor
Denise consistently demonstrates a strong passion for getting things right. During the observation, her focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to protecting employee data were clear. She takes great pride in her work and goes the extra mile to ensure payroll and people information are handled correctly, delivering the best outcomes for employees. Alongside this, she remains supportive and professional, building positive relationships and helping colleagues whenever needed.
A great example of this was during an employee engagement event when two colleagues had not purchased raffle tickets. Without hesitation, Denise shared her own tickets so they could take part and not feel excluded. This simple but thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects her caring nature and commitment to ensuring others feel valued and included.
Matthew Dearlove, IT Senior Service Desk Analyst in Silmid, UK –Recognized by Liam Tuft for Commit to Quality, Focus on Relationships and Sweep the Floor
Matt is incredibly responsive, always replying quickly to tickets and getting straight to resolving the issue at hand. He provided fantastic support to Liam and other new starters, ensuring they are set up properly and guiding them through their onboarding experience, helping them feel welcomed and productive from day one.
Recently, when a printing issue arose, Matt resolved it immediately and then took the initiative to check with other colleagues in the office to see if they were experiencing similar problems, ensuring those were addressed too.
Matt's proactive approach, willingness to help, and focus on building strong relationships make a real difference across the business. Whether supporting new starters or responding to the wider team's needs, he consistently goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service and solve problems swiftly and effectively.
