We would like to recognize these individuals for their outstanding efforts in resolving a major issue that has been impacting our entire Account Services and ISR teams. Emails were incorrectly integrated into HubSpot tickets, making internal and external communication increasingly difficult. The team dedicated countless hours and participated in numerous meetings to help identify and resolve the critical issues. Their collaboration and commitment exemplify several of our core behaviors, including Sweep the floor, Solve problems, and Focus on relationships. We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
