Sam Dudevski, Laboratory Manager and Formula Developer in Carson, CA – Recognized by David Ash-Gilbert for Passion for Growth and Sweep the Floor

I would like to recognize Sam for an On The Spot Award for his passion for growth and commitment to "sweep the floor." During both the Christmas and New Year company holidays, Sam used his personal time to visit the lab and ensure our humidity conditioning chamber was functioning properly and filled with water, helping to ensure reliable, valid results for an Archer Aviation qualification. His initiative and willingness to do whatever it takes to support our growth does not go unnoticed.

Melissa Arp, Sourcing Coordinator in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Pam Grooms for Sweep the Floor

I would like to recognize Melissa Arp with an On the Spot Award for her assistance in updating Web Cost for products that expired or were expiring at year-end. Sourcing had thousands of products due on 12/31/25, and with Melissa’s support, we were able to significantly reduce the number of products listed as expired or expiring in Web Cost. Thank you, Melissa, for your help and dedication!

Ciara Jones, Purchasing Manager at Silmid, UK – Recognized by Cristina Burnett for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, and Passion for Growth

I would like to recognize Ciara Jones for going above and beyond to support the success of the MRO Middle East tradeshow. Working under an extremely tight timeline, she stepped in to coordinate the printing of sell sheets, secure promotional items, and ensure everything was shipped to one of our team members in Dubai. These efforts were outside the scope of her role, yet she jumped in without hesitation to make sure the team had what they needed for the show. Her actions exemplify a true “do whatever it takes” and “everyone owns our success” mindset. Thank you, Ciara, for your dedication and support. We sincerely appreciate everything you do!
