Marico Almore has shown a willingness to jump in and help in many situations, going above and beyond his normal work duties. He has consistently shown he is a team player, doing whatever it takes to get the work accomplished. He has also communicated professionally and promptly with his peers. Darnell Ransome, Warehouse Operations Clerk in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Julissa Porcher for Commit to Quality, Communicate, and Focus on Relationships

Darnell consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to clear communication and adherence to best practices in his daily responsibilities. He is highly mindful of team efficiency, proactively working to minimize additional workload on others while continuously seeking more effective and streamlined ways to manage his tasks. His focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of his work sets a great example for others. In fact, his approach and consistency have been so impactful, that I have recommenced him as a potential trainer for other warehouse locations. Darnell's professionalism, initiative, and commitment to excellence truly deserve recognition. Please join me in congratulating him on this well-earned acknowledgement.
 

Jeff Wagner, Warehouse Operations Lead, Jason Allen, Manufacturing/Repackaging Clerk, Todd Halbrooks, Manufacturing/Repackaging Clerk, in Wichita, KS and Kim Thomas, Buyer I in Arlington, TX – Recognized by the Deon Gichoga for Solve Problems and Commit to Quality

I would like to recognize Jeff, Jason, Todd, and Kim for an On-The-Spot in in recognition of their support for Lockheed. 
We had material arrive with damaged cans that the customer could not accept; however, they agreed to allow us to repack it. The team stepped up quickly to make this happen. Jeff coordinated the effort end to end, Kim expedited replacement cans from the supplier, and Jason and Todd ensured a quick turnaround on the repack. 
I truly appreciate the team's willingness to go above and beyond, stay focused on the customer, and work together to deliver a positive outcome. Thank you!
 

Teresa Braden, Buyer III, Remote – Recognized by Alisha Hull for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, Commit to Quality, Passion for Growth, Communicate, and Focus on Relationships

We have been working through a difficult situation with Aerojet and 3M. There was a lot of back and forth via email and phone calls. Teresa was steadfast in her patience through ever step! Parts of this situation were very stressful and her care and professionalism were above and beyond. As her teammate, she calmed the storm, helped me understand the process more clearly, and offered solutions to solve the issue at hand. I really appreciate that! I felt her support and that meant a lot to me! Thank you, Teresa!

Darnell Ransome, Warehouse Operations Clerk in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Aundra Thomas for Focus on Relationships and Communicate

I would like to recognize Darnell and say thank you for his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to the receiving department. Throughout my training, Darnell has consistently been available to answer questions, provide guidance, and share his expertise. He took the time to ensure I understood the processes and responsibilities of the role, helping me build confidence and become effective in my position. Darnell is a valuable resource not only within Receiving, but for multiple departments throughout the facility. His knowledge, reliability, and willingness to help others contribute to the success of the entire team. His experience and ability to train new employees plays an important role in maintaining a smooth and effective workflow within the department.

Emma Allden, Warehouse Operative in Silmid, UK- Recognized by Lynne ward for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, Commit to Quality and Focus on Relationships.

I want to recognize Emma for her hard work and dedication. She has demonstrated multiple aspects of our core values, making it difficult to select just one. While working alongside her on a backlog of customer returns that required processing, she threw herself into the task, sweeping the floor to help collate a concise list and resolve the lack of clarity around the reasons for the returns. Emma's commitment to quality, along with her communication throughout the process to ensure all stakeholders involved in this ongoing task were kept fully informed, has been outstanding. A fantastic job and recognition that is thoroughly deserved!

Yulia Rozenfeld, Director of Account Services in Carson, CA – Recognized by Lee Sawyer for Focus on Relationships

I would like to recognize Yulia Rozenfeld with an On-The-Spot. Managers often get overlooked as everything is in their job description. Yulia embraces Focus on Relationships by sending out a thoughtful congratulations to each candidate who accepts an offer for her team. She starts developing the warmth before the person even starts. This true attention-to detail really demonstrates the steps in the onboarding process leading to team members who want to be here and will be highly successful in the future. That's how we will win.
