Cory Kirby, Inventory Planner – Recognized by Dan DiGiovanni for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, Passion for Growth
I would like to recognize Cory for an On the Spot Award for his ad hoc support of the High Point facility, even after transitioning into his new Inventory Planner role. Cory has assisted the site with UAL labeling, label printer setup, and most recently, receiving two large delivery trucks during the snowstorm while the site was closed. He truly has demonstrated sweep the floor, solve problems, and passion for growth.
Jef Larremore, Quality Engineer in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Renee Carlson for Commit to Quality and Sweep the Floor
Since stepping into my new role, I have reached out to Jef for assistance on several different items, and he has been consistently supportive. No matter how busy he is or what he already has on his plate, Jef never hesitates. His response is never that he doesn’t have time — it’s always, “What do you need?”
Jef’s willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed — whether helping solve problems or taking on even the most basic tasks — demonstrates his commitment to our values. He truly embodies “Commit to Quality,” “Sweep the Floor,” and a solutions-driven mindset every single day. His support has positively impacted multiple groups, and I greatly appreciate the dependability and professionalism he brings to his work.
Kristen Rachall, Account Receivable Lead in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Deon Gichoga for Communicate and Focus on Relationships
I would like to recognize Kristen Rachall for her support in helping our customer resolve a credit delay caused by a compromised credit card. Thank you for owning the issue and following through until everything was sorted out — demonstrating a passion for building relationships and communicating clearly. Her efforts helped reassure the customer during a frustrating experience. Thank you, Kristen!
Dave Burgess, Technical Account Manager in Silmid, UK – Recognized by Faye Gallagher for Sweep the Floor, Focus on Relationships, and Passion for Growth
Dave consistently demonstrates an exceptional commitment to customer service and a genuine drive to remove obstacles for his customers. He's always available to help out a fellow colleague if they ever need help or support. A standout example was when I witnessed him personally deliver a single bottle of Loctite to a customer who needed it urgently. He mentioned that he often does this—not because it’s expected, but because it swiftly resolves the customer’s issue and eases pressure on the warehouse team when resources are tight.
