I would like to recognize Cory for an On The Spot award for his ad-hoc support of the High Point facility, even after he transitioned into his new Inventory Planner role. Cory has assisted the site with UAL labeling, label printer setup and most recently receiving in two large delivery trucks during the snowstorm when the site was closed. He really has demonstrated sweep the floor, solve problems, and passion for growth.
Since stepping into my new role, I have reached out to Jef for assistance on several different items, and he has been consistently supportive. No matter how busy he is or what he already has on his plate, Jef never hesitates. His response is never that he doesn’t have time—it's always, “What do you need?”
Jef’s willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed, whether it’s helping solve problems or even taking on the most basic tasks, demonstrates his commitment to our values. He truly embodies Commit to Quality, Sweep the Floor, and a solutions‑driven mindset every single day. His support has positively impacted multiple groups, and I greatly appreciate the dependability and professionalism he brings to his work.
I would like to recognize Kristen Rachall for her support in helping our customer resolve a credit delay by a compromised credit card. Thank you for owning it and following through until everything was sorted out-demonstrating a passion for building relationships and communicating clearly. Her efforts helped to reassure the customer during a frustrating experience. Thank you Kristen!
I would like to recognize John for his help getting a critical line-down order out the door to Lockheed. John demonstrated Sweep the Floor, Communication, and Commit to Quality. He kept communication open while we worked through paperwork issues and made sure all documentation was correct before the order left our hands. He also personally drove the shipment to the FedEx office to ensure it went out same day for overnight delivery after we had missed the pickup. I truly appreciate his extra effort, especially during an already busy time in High Point.
