Cameron Forryan, Quality Technician at Silmid, UK –Recognized by Ayshea McManus for Commit to Quality, Solve Problems & Sweep the Floor.  

Cameron helped deliver training to the sales team on support cases. In addition to this, Cameron also created training resources for the team to use in their roles when completing support cases going forward. Thank you, Cameron! We couldn’t have done it without you.

Emmie has supported her customer thoroughly through their urgent requirement, providing frequent updates and liaising with other departments to ensure the customer's requirement arrived in time. Great demonstration of building customer relationships.

Thank you so much for your detailed PCC training program for our new ISR, Kim Umpornpuckdi. You did whatever it took to ensure that she is both knowledgeable and equipped with the tools to effectively drive PCC revenue. Thank you for focusing on this relationship with our newest team member. You solve problems with a detailed and referenceable presentation materials... and even took us on a very thoughtful mobile walking tour through your facility. Well done, Jose!

Jeffrey Wagner, Warehouse Operations Lead in Wichita - Recognized by Catherine French for Solve Problems, Commit to Quality, Communicate, and Data Driven. 

Jeff created a designated staging area to put shipping papers and packets in specific spots on top of a countertop. There are folded paper signs that identify each spot, giving the type/status of each package holding location. This makes it very easy for everyone to know about each packet. Thank you, Jeff!

Alisha Hull, Account Specialist in Wichita - Recognized by Kaylee Weatherby for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, Commit to Quality, Passion for Growth, and Communicate. 

Alisha always asks me what she can help me with, even if I don’t need it. She is willing to help and jump in on any orders that are big issues. She helps me better understand material, issues, and shows me new tips and tricks daily. Alisha never makes me feel like a burden with my questions. Thanks for being a great teammate!

I’d like to recognize the team above for their outstanding support of Lockheed during my absence from 9/10 to 10/8. Today, I received wonderful feedback from the Lockheed team-they were very appreciative of the quick responses and seamless care. We also had a strong month for quoting and booking – thank you, Alyssa and Bailey! Chris, I received great internal feedback about your support – thank you for stepping in and helping eliminate a lot of the quoting legwork. Anne, thank you for staying on top of all customer care issues. And as always, Teresa, thank you for keeping everyone updated and managing purchasing with care. It feels amazing to come back from such a long vacation and be able to step right back in as if I never left. Thank you all so much! 

Saige Bryce, Manufacturing/Repackaging Lead in Wichita - Recognized by Anne Katzenmeier for Sweep the Floor, Passion for Growth, and Focus on Relationships. 

Saige went above and beyond to expedite a high visibility order for a new AkzoNobel and GracoRoberts customer. She proactively worked behind the scenes to ensure the Intermix order was completed in record time. Thanks to her efforts, the customer will receive the paints this week and stay on schedule with painting their aircraft. Her sense of urgency, teamwork, and commitment to customer success made a real difference and exemplifies our core values including sweeping the floor, passion for growth, and focusing on relationships. Thank you so much! 

Maranda Barnes, Accounting Assistant – Recognized by Liz King for Sweep the Floor. 

I need to recognize Maranda Barnes for an On the Spot award! Maranda has demonstrated ‘Sweep the floor’ by stepping up and helping with Accounts Payable in our period of growth. She has a great attitude and doesn’t hesitate to do what needs to be done – no matter how tedious! Thank you! 

Kristen Rachall, Account Receivable Specialist in Arlington - Recognized by Erica Shepherd for Sweep the Floor. 

I would like to recognize Kristen Rachall for an On the Spot award for her efforts and dedication to training new team members that are joining the A-Team ER group, even when her plate is full. I would also like to give recognition for her willingness to always make sure the A-Team is fed when we have team lunches. She coordinates and places the orders.
