When we needed to respond to Boeing regarding an SQIS, Craig partnered with me to develop the response and provide the information needed to address the issue. He worked through the corrective action process, leveraged our QMS resources, and remained engaged until we had the answers needed to move forward. His collaboration and commitment helped ensure a thorough and timely response.
