As the new Customer Service Manager at SkyGeek, I wanted to recognize you with an On the Spot Award for your outstanding partnership throughout the hiring and onboarding of your two new CSRs.

You truly demonstrated being Data Driven by enthusiastically making time to meet with me for Interviewing 101 and quickly applying what you learned. You asked thoughtful questions, remained engaged throughout the process, and absorbed new information at an impressive pace.

You also exemplified Communication by providing prompt feedback after each interview, allowing us to make adjustments and keep the process moving efficiently.

Most importantly, you embodied our value of Focus on Relationships. While I knew you before this process, working together gave me the opportunity to truly get to know you. From interviewing to onboarding, you were eager to learn, receptive to guidance, and genuinely excited to build your team. I would like to recognize Brittney, Martha, and Becsy for On A Spot Award and recognize them for their outstanding support of both our customers and our internal teams. These ladies went above and beyond by taking ownership of a task that was outside of their direct responsibilities. Despite already having significant workloads, they dedicated time over the weekend to ensure our customers received updated certificates and critical documentation in a timely manner.

Their willingness to step in, collaborate across departments, and prioritize the customer experience demonstrates exceptional commitment, teamwork, and service. Their efforts helped prevent delays, supported our customers' needs, and reflected the kind of customer-first mindset that makes a meaningful difference.

Rebecca has taken ownership of the Silmid Specification Review to support the Marketplace project, despite it sitting outside of her usual responsibilities. Paul West, Technical Account Manager at Sky Mart – Recognized by Juan Gonzalez for Sweep the Floor

Paul, after the new account assignments were implemented, you lost one of your best accounts, ATSG Group. In August, we received an invitation from ATSG to participate in the hardware & Consumables RFP 2026. I want to personally thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and willingness to lead this RFP on Sky Mart's behalf, even though the account was no longer assigned to you. You went above and beyond and did whatever was necessary to help us pursue this opportunity and support the team. Your commitment and professionalism are truly appreciated.

Marketa Johnson, Senior Accountant in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Maggie Jennings for Sweep the Floor and Commit to Quality

I would like to recognize Marketa for her contributions to the accounting department for her hard work and dedication-especially on our most recent sales tax project. She is a team player and an asset to our department. She exemplifies a "let's do it right" mentality and often lends her expertise to the rest of the team when needed. Marketa takes ownership of every responsibility and makes sure it is completed accurately and with excellence. She exemplifies GracoRoberts' core value of Commit to Quality. Do it right.

MJ Ellis, Warehouse Operations Clerk in Arlington, TX and John Welch, Warehouse Operations Manager in High Point, SC – Recognized by Deon Gichoga for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, and Communicate

I would like to recognize MJ and John for an On-the-Spot Award in recognition of three of our core values: Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, and Communicate. We recently secured new business that ships to Lockheed Fort Worth and requires access to a system that only John, in HP, can utilize to process shipments. While access approval for MJ is still pending, MJ and John have worked closely together across sites to get shipments out without disruption. There have been some bumps in the road, including my own learning curve with shipping window and of new team members at LM supporting the program. I appreciate them working together, their patience with me, and shared sense of urgency in getting material out the door and meeting Lockheed's due dates.

Scott Gius, JOB TITLE in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Kelly Powers for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, Commit to Quality, Passion for Growth, Communicate, Focus on Relationships, and Data Driven

I’d like to recognize Scott for the incredible support and partnership he consistently provides to me and our team. Scott has been an invaluable resource to me - creating and enhancing numerous DOMO and SSRS reports, helping troubleshoot challenges, and always being willing to brainstorm new ideas and better ways of doing things. His technical knowledge and talent are exceptional, but what I appreciate just as much is the way he works with others.

No matter how busy he is, Scott is always approachable, helpful, patient, and has a smile on his face (even when I have called him several times in the same day!). He has a wonderful ability to listen to an idea, understand what I’m trying to accomplish, and help turn it into something that actually works—and often something even better than I originally envisioned. Scott truly embodies our Core Values. I value having Scott as a colleague and partner. His contributions have made a meaningful difference in my ability to support our sales organization, and I’m incredibly appreciative of everything he does.
