People Services Summit

In July, the People Services team gathered together in Arlington for the People Services Summit. The theme was Building Excellence.

This summit was all about you, our employees. The focus was on how we continue to build a stronger, more connected workplace. Over the course of the week, we focused on key projects that directly impact your experience, including:

• Enhancing the New Hire Onboarding process with piloting new tools including the GracoRoberts Buddy Program.
• Driving Accountability, with the introduction of:
  • 1:1 Meeting guidelines
  • Introducing the Internal Communication Guidelines in September
  • Coming soon: Training on Preventing Sexual Harassment
• Planning for the rest of 2025 and into 2026 – including US Benefit Open Enrollment (October), training modules, Year-end Performance Reviews (November – January), and more. 

During our time together, we learned about the new Marketplace being developed, Cybersecurity, AS9120 Quality audits, and CMMC initiatives. All of this to better understand GracoRoberts’ business.

While in Arlington, the wonderful Engagement Committee hosted a luncheon for everyone. They served up delicious Mexican food and we heard an inspiring talk from our CEO.

We also found some time to have a little bit of fun – and took Jason Caldwell with us to an Escape Room!

The time together was energizing and inspiring. It is a great time to be part of GracoRoberts, and we are excited for the work we do for you and support we get to provide to you!
