Performance Reviews are coming soon

It’s nearly time for our annual Performance Review process, giving employees and managers dedicated time to reflect on the past year and look ahead to the next.

Performance Reviews are an opportunity to have an open conversation with your manager about your successes, areas for development and goals for the year ahead. More information about this year’s process, including what you need to do and when, will be shared during November.

Preventing Harassment Training launches October 26

Our Preventing Harassment Training launches on October 26 through Everfi (ComplyEQ). The training helps us recognise, respond to and prevent discrimination and harassment, while continuing to build a workplace where everyone is treated with respect and feels empowered to speak up.

Training will be assigned to:

  • Employees who completed the training in October 2025
  • New employees or anyone recently promoted into a supervisory role after May 2026

If training has been assigned to you, look out for an email from “GracoRoberts” at automated-message@everfi-foundry.net. Training is tailored according to an employee’s location and role and can be completed in stages. The completion deadline is November 30.

A reminder about EthicsPoint

A reminder that NAVEX EthicsPoint is available to all employees as a confidential way to report workplace concerns. It provides another route for speaking up and supports our commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.

California Workplace Violence Prevention Training

California Workplace Violence Prevention Training has also launched and must be completed by all California-based employees and anyone who manages a California-based employee. The completion deadline is November 6.
