We are pleased to share that the 2025 Performance Review Process is now complete. We want to say a big thank you to all our employees and managers for working hard and taking the time to complete the reviews on time.
Since launching our new Performance Review framework in 2024, our goal has been to create a review process that works for our business, not a one-size-fits-all model, but one that adds value for our employees.
We developed variations of the review tailored to different functions across the GracoRoberts family of brands, ensuring it aligned with the realities of operational, office-based, sales, and service roles.
