I would like to recognize Nikie for Sweeping the Floor and Communication. Nikie has really stepped up after the recent personnel changes, taking on the workload of nearly 1,000 customer RFQs to help keep things moving smoothly. She's also done a great job keeping the team updated on her progress, making sure everyone has the information they need to manage customer expectations. Her willingness to jump in, help out, and communicate along the way has made a big difference during a challenging transition.
Today, I interviewed a candidate for a CSR role at SkyGeek who currently works for one of our customers, a company that purchases from both GracoRoberts and SkyGeek. As her new Account Specialist, you've clearly made a lasting impression. She couldn't say enough positive things about her experience working with you. She specifically mentioned how impressed she was with your responsiveness and the level of service you provide, noting that you consistently exceed expectations. When she saw our job posting, she was excited to apply, and even more excited to speak with me because of the positive impression you've given her of our organization. I’d like to recognize Manny for demonstrating “Sweep the Floor” core value. During these last few weeks, in which the Carson shipping department has been short-staffed, Manny has consistently demonstrated a true “sweep the floor” attitude by stepping in and helping keep the team moving forward. His reliability and willingness to support his teammates make a meaningful difference in keeping operations running smoothly. Manny has remained dependable and has not missed a day, providing much-needed consistency and support. His work ethic and commitment are greatly appreciated and deserving of recognition. Jana demonstrated exceptional teamwork by willingly stepping in to learn a new process that helped the Customer Service team, addressing a backlog of locked tax tasks. Her positive attitude, willingness to support others, and commitment to accuracy and quality is making an immediate impact.

I'd like to recommend Tiana Butler for an On The Spot. Over the past month, she has consistently demonstrated great attention to detail in the non-conformance processes we support together. Her thorough documentation, especially the quality of the photos she captures of damaged products, has greatly reduced the need for follow-up and helped speed up resolutions with vendors or the freight company. Tiana's dedication to continuous improvement and commitment to quality have made a noticeable positive impact on our workflow.
Kayla consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. She communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and takes ownership in a way that builds real trust. One customer recently said she is "BY FAR the best" vendor they work with and that they "love working with her" because she genuinely cares about what she does. That same customer is now shifting future PO's to Kayla based solely on the level of service she provides. Her commitment to quality and relationships makes her a standout on our team.
Andy always makes himself available to support any urgent queries and orders for our export shipments. Andy’s extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and high standard of work make him a trusted and invaluable colleague. Shan demonstrated exceptional cybersecurity awareness and sound judgment by immediately recognizing a potential scareware threat, isolating her device, and seeking assistance from IT without delay. By placing her computer in airplane mode, disconnecting it from external communications, and promptly reporting the incident, she helped protect her coworkers and the company from potential cybersecurity risks.

Following a recent team restructure, the unassigned pipeline experienced a significant increase in ticket volumes, creating a backlog that required immediate attention. Kieran proactively stepped in to support the team, taking ownership of numerous tickets and working diligently to help reduce the backlog.
