With more than 15 years in the aerospace chemicals industry, Rory has made a significant impact through his dedication, expertise, and attention to detail. From leading High Point operations and supporting the Atlanta facility migration to building the foundation for our corporate inventory planning process, his contributions have helped drive operational success and support company goals.
Beyond his primary role, Rory has always embraced a "sweep the floor" mentality—pitching in wherever needed. Whether sourcing freezers, negotiating freight contracts, supporting major bids, or joining customer visits. He consistently demonstrates a commitment to the success of the business and our customers.

Javier Santiago, GracoRoberts - 5-Year Anniversary on July 26th
Javier’s journey with GracoRoberts began with a short-term assignment in October 2020. It didn’t take long for our team to recognize that he would be a great fit. Within his first week we knew we wanted him to continue growing with us in the Warehouse.
He transitioned from a temporary assignment to a temp-to-hire position and officially became part of the GracoRoberts family in July 2021. Javier consistently demonstrated his ability to support those around him, along with his dedication and commitment to excellence earning him a promotion to Warehouse Operations Lead in November 2023.
Today, Javier continues to play a key role in our warehouse operations by leading our receiving team, and helping ensure our team operates safely and successfully.
