New Hires
Mark Tepera Welcomes Craig Michael, Warehouse Operations Manager, Carson, CA
Craig Michael has joined the team as Warehouse Operations Manager for Carson, reporting directly to Mark Tepera. Effective immediately, the Carson warehouse team will report directly to Craig. Over the next month, Craig will be working closely with Maggie Mendoza to learn the operations and get up to speed. Please join us in supporting him during this transition and helping make him feel welcome.
Craig brings an outstanding background in operations leadership, having spent the past 14 years with Sherwin-Williams Chemical Coatings, where he served as Facility Operations Manager for a large distribution site. He is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served six years before beginning his career at Sherwin-Williams.. Outside of work, Craig has been married to his wife, Claudia, for four years and enjoys spending time with their Labrador mix, Cali, particularly taking trips to the beach. He's also an avid dirt bike rider and mountain biker. We're excited to have Craig on board and look forward to the experience and leadership he brings to the team. Gil Oceguera Welcomes Veronica Aldrete Orozco, RF Repackaging/Mixing Clerk, Carson, CA
We're excited to welcome Veronica Aldrete to Resin Formulators! Veronica joined us through our staffing agency and quickly proved to be a great fit. With previous experience in the medical field, where she labeled products and assembled medical kits, she brought valuable skills and a strong work ethic that allowed her to make an immediate impact.
Veronica enjoys the positive team environment at Resin Formulators and is excited about the opportunities ahead. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and enjoys trips to the beach, theme parks, and riding roller coasters.

Isaac will serve as the primary Senior Service Desk Analyst supporting our Carson facility, while also providing support to team members across all of GracoRoberts. His experience, technical expertise, and customer-focused approach will be a valuable addition to GRIT as we continue to deliver exceptional IT services throughout the organization.
Outside of work, Isaac and his wife enjoy traveling internationally and experiencing new cultures around the world. They especially enjoy cruising, which gives them the opportunity to explore exciting international destinations and create new adventures together.

Welcome, Viviana Arana!
We're excited to welcome Viviana Arana to the GracoRoberts team! Viviana joins us with a strong background in customer service and order management, bringing experience managing the full customer lifecycle in a fast-paced distribution environment. She is passionate about delivering exceptional, white-glove service and has already made a great impression with her positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Outside of work, Viviana enjoys expressing her creativity in many ways. She's an avid cook and baker whose banana chocolate chip muffins have quite a fan base! She also loves crafting with her Cricut machine, creating custom decals and party décor, and even hand-tufting cartoon-themed carpets. When she's not creating something new, you'll likely find her enjoying a good docuseries.

Outside of work, Vianney has a passion for travel, adventure, and the outdoors. She spent three years teaching English abroad in Spain and Thailand and enjoys exploring new places and experiences. Some of her adventures include hiking Teide, the highest peak in Spain, making annual family trips to Yosemite, and even swimming among glowing bioluminescent plankton in the ocean. So cool!

Kenzie joins us from GFT, where she worked as an Industry Specialist in supporting transportation operations across the state of Kansas. She brings a bubbly personality, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset that will make her a fantastic addition to the Account Services team.
Some fun facts about Kenzie: She has a soft spot for animals and has two dogs. She loves going on walks, hiking, and spending time in nature. In her spare time, she enjoys working on artsy projects.

We’re excited to welcome Michelle Rose to our warehouse family! Her last name is a perfect reflection of her personality—she comes to work each day with a genuine smile and says this is the best place she’s ever worked.
Michelle is known for her loyalty and dedication, including 18 years as a KFC supervisor. Born and raised a cowgirl, she enjoys riding horses, attending rodeos, hunting wild boar, and gardening. She especially loves experimenting with cross-planting—so feel free to send your gardening requests her way!
Michelle is also the proud mother of four children (who occasionally get on her last nerve!) and grandmother to two adorable grandbabies.

We are excited to announce that Dixie Perez has joined the GracoRoberts Quality Team!
Dixie brings more than 20 years of quality experience to our organization. Most recently, she served as Quality Manager at Integra in Wichita, where she developed extensive expertise in quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement. In addition, she is a Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing valuable knowledge and a proven track record of driving quality excellence. Dixie will be based in Wichita and will oversee our Internal Audit Program while also providing support across all functions within the Quality Team. Her experience, leadership, and passion for quality will be tremendous assets as we continue to strengthen our processes and serve our customers.
Outside of work, she enjoys attending live music and sporting events and is also a Level 1 Professional Dog Trainer. It sounds like she will be a great fit for both our team and the GracoRoberts family.
