I would like to recognize both Angie and Yolanda with an On The Spot award for their catalog work on PPG Xylan, our newest product line. With limited training and immediate customer demand, you stepped up and reorganized their priorities to help us deliver so far. Their ability to adapt in a time sensitive situation made a real difference in how smoothly we can launch this line and support new customers. 

Your flexibility, resourcefulness, and sense of urgency have really demonstrated our core values of Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, and Passion for Growth.

Ashley Fontes-Carmona, Senior Marketing Manager in Carson, CA – Recognized by Deon Gichoga for Communicate, Focus on Relationships, and Passion for Growth

I would like to recognize Ashley for an On The Spot award for Communicate, Focus on Relationships, and Passion for Growth! With not so much notice, I reached out to Ashley for logos, Canva templates, and information on the fly to help with development of an Intermix training for Account Services. As always, she's happy to help, quick to respond, and shares information and resources. Being able to pull from already developed content on the website was also a plus - thanks to her and our Marketing team.

Eno Okon, Account Payable Clerk in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Erica Shepherd and Liz King for Communicate

Eno demonstrated excellent communication by reporting a GracoRoberts impersonation email sent to a supplier. Due to her swift response, Michael Neuman had a heads up before several more reports came in.

Jess Gulley, Warehouse Operations Manager at SkyGeek – Recognized by Jeff Cross for Sweep the Floor

When all warehouse associates assigned to order picking were unavailable, Jess stepped in to support operations. Working alongside one other associate, they picked more than 400 orders during a period of unusually high order volume in March. His efforts were critical in ensuring the shipping team maintained pace and avoided delays. Jess consistently removes obstacles for his team and seeks opportunities to improve operational efficiency. By leading from the front and doing whatever is necessary to support his team and serve customers, he exemplifies dedication, accountability, and leadership.

Chad Pigott, Warehouse Associate at SkyGeek – Recognized by Jeff Cross for Sweep the Floor

 On a day when all warehouse associates assigned to order picking were unavailable, Chad demonstrated exceptional initiative. Working alongside his manager, Jess Gulley, they picked more than 400 orders totaling over 4,200 pieces. His efforts ensured the shipping department maintained required productivity levels during an unusually high order volume in March. Chad consistently performs as one of our top producers, and this extraordinary contribution exemplifies his commitment, reliability, and dedication to operational excellence. He is truly deserving of recognition for going above and beyond.

 I want to recognize the PCC SMEs for an On The Spot award for their dedication to Crescendo training and testing. Chirs Herrero, Jose Lozada, John Kabigting, Kristen Guesman, and Alonna Gray have dedicated several hours every week over the past 2 - 3 months to support our ERP implementation. They are engaged, communicative, supportive of one another, and thorough all while managing their day jobs to keep the PCC business running smoothly. Sweep the floor, communicatencate, data driven, commit to quality, and solve problems have been evident every week of this project thus far. It has been a pleasure working alongside them for this project and I am looking forward to the next few months as we transition them to Crescendo.
