Alyssa Smallwood, Senior Account Specialist in Location, State – Recognized by the Jef Larremore for Sweep the Floor

I would like to recognize Alyssa Smallwood for an On The Spot award. During an audit, I needed some specific information regarding Boeing and 3M and was not able to get the data. Alyssa was instrumental in retrieving the data so that the audit could continue to flow smoothly. Without her help, the audit would have taken longer and been more difficult.

Quincy Johnson, Warehouse Operations Clerk, and Dre Thomas, Warehouse Operations Clerk in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Mark Tepera for Commit to Quality

I would like to extend an On The Spot award to both Quincy and Dre for their commitment to our quality. They observed a FedEx delivery clerk mishandling our packages and ensured that video evidence was collected and that the issue was communicated to the proper channels. It's company pride and passion like this that protects our reputation and protects our customers. Thank you both for your commitment to quality!

Keisha Davis, Buyer II in Arlington, TX – Recognized by Anne Katzenmeier for Focus on Relationships and Communicate

We had an urgent order situation where after-the-fact test reports were needed. Keisha was extremely responsive and worked quickly to obtain and upload certs so the order could ship out on time. The customer was very appreciative of the quick turnaround. Keisha demonstrated our core values through effective communication and focus on relationships. Her responsiveness, teamwork, and support of both the internal and external customer made a direct positive impact in a time sensitive situation.

Lori is a dedicated coworker that never says 'no' or has an attitude. her Happy manner and great communication skills make it a pleasure to work with her. A team player that goes beyond expected.
