Keenan Newton, Warehouse Operations Clerk in Arlington, TX – Recognized by the Cristina Burnett for Sweep the Floor, Solve Problems, and Passion for Growth

I would like to recognize Keenan Newton for an On The Spot! This past month has been an especially busy tradeshow season, and Keenan Newton consistently stepped in to support well beyond his normal responsibilities. When a pallet containing critical tradeshow materials went missing, Keenan immediately jumped in to help locate it-ultimately saving the company hundreds of dollars in potential replacement costs and preventing disruption in our event plans. In addition, as we prepared for two major tradeshows, Keenan played a key role in coordinating shipments, packing materials, and ensuring everything was organized and delivered on time. his willingness to step in wherever needed, solve problems quickly, and support the team under tight deadlines made a significant impact on our success. Keenan’s proactive, team‑first mindset truly reflects our core values, and his support was instrumental during tradeshow season. Thank you, Keenan!

Hector Zaragoza, Warehouse Operations Clerk in Carson, CA – Recognized by the Derek Needham for Focus on Relationships

On two separate occasions, Hector voluntarily traveled to Arlington, TX to support the warehouse team during a critical period of high volume and backlog. His willingness to step in, adapt quickly, and provided hands-on support helped the team make meaningful progress and demonstrated his strong commitment to teamwork, reliability, and operational excellence. 

Renee Carlson, Corporate Compliance and Improvement Manager in Arlington, TX – Recognized by the Deborah Kleist and Wichita Team of ASRs for Sweep the Floor

During a particularly challenging time for Arlington Shipping, Renee stepped in to provide additional support. With her help, along with the combined efforts of leaders and team members across the group, we’ve seen positive progress—orders moving more steadily and communication becoming more aligned. This has made a meaningful difference for Account Specialists as we work to keep customers informed and supported.
 
We’re grateful to Renee for stepping in when needed and contributing to the forward momentum of the team. When our Wichita group heard about recognizing her efforts, they were eager to join in—reflecting the strong sense of collaboration and shared commitment across our teams.

Eduardo Palacios, Warehouse Operations Clerk in Carson, CA – Recognized by the Derek Needham for Focus on Relationships and Sweep the Floor

Eduardo demonstrated exceptional initiative and teamwork by traveling to a carrier to personally pick up a critical dry ice shipment, preventing it from melting and avoiding potential product loss. His quick action ensured operations could continue without further disruption. Beyond his commitment to the job, Eduardo also showed genuine kindness and reliability when he stepped in to help Karen change a tire after she experienced car trouble, allowing her to get back to work safely. His willingness to support both operations and his coworkers truly exemplifies GracoRoberts values.
 

Eric Whaley, IT System Administrator in SkyGeek, LaGrangeville, NY – Recognized by Ashley Fontes for Sweep the Floor, Focus on Relationships, and Communicate

I'd like to recognize Eric Whaley with an On The Spot for his assistance with our social media event tracking setup for SkyGeek's LinkedIn. Setting up proper tracking is a very involved process including code, website updates, and third-party assistance. Eric demonstrated "communicate" by providing me with timely updates and troubleshooting progress through both email and Teams without me ever having to follow-up. He also demonstrated "Sweep the Floor" and "Focus on Relationships" by going above and beyond in making sure the tracking issues were resolved in a timely manner and making me feel like my problem was always top of mind to solve. I'd say 5-star service! With Eric's perseverance, the marketing team is now able to successfully track purchase conversions resulting from our social media ads. Thank you again, Eric!
