ONE COMPANY in Action: Marketplace Build Begins

We’re excited to share that development for the Marketplace initiative officially begins in January 2026! There’s a real buzz in the air as we start a big change that will help us work together better and give more value to everyone. 
 
This next phase marks a major milestone in our ONE COMPANY journey. The Marketplace project is designed to strengthen collaboration across our businesses and unlock new ways to better serve customers by expanding product availability and improving how we work together behind the scenes. By bringing together the strengths of our different teams and fresh ideas, we’re setting up a system that can quickly adapt to what our customers want. Picture a future where our customers have easy access to even more products, thanks to a single, behind-the-scenes network that makes our service better and more reliable. 

Why This Matters
