Performance Reviews: Prepare for Meaningful Conversations 

As we move into January, it’s nearly time for Performance Review Conversations—a key part of our enhanced 2025 review process. These discussions are to be scheduled for later in January through mid-February.   

Once your manager schedules the performance review conversation with you, you will want to prepare for the meeting. 

To make these conversations productive and respectful, please keep the following in mind: 

  • Choose a private setting—whether in person or via Teams, ensure no one else is around. 
  • Prepare in advance—review your self-review and think about feedback to share with your manager review before the meeting. 
  • Leverage reference guides—these tools are designed to help structure your conversation.
  • Engage and participate—this is a two-way dialogue, so come ready to listen and share.
  • Looking ahead – be ready to talk about focuses and/or goals for 2026.
