As we are now in the final quarter of the year, there’s a lot happening across People Services. Here’s what you need to know:
Performance Reviews: Enhanced Process and Timelines
The 2025 Performance Review Process has officially launched, emphasizing a productive and streamlined experience for all. Notable improvements have been made based on last year's participant feedback, including the introduction of updated training videos for both the review process and goal-setting. Key deadlines are as follows:
- Self-Reviews due by December 5, 2025
- Manager Reviews and Contributor/360 Feedback due by December 30, 2025
- Performance Review Conversations scheduled for mid-January to early February 2026
If you have questions, please contact anyone in People Services and/or join one of the upcoming Q&A sessions.
Preventative Harassment Training: Commitment to Respect and Inclusion
Launched on October 6, 2025, the Preventative Harassment Training is now available to all employees. The training reinforces GracoRoberts’ commitment to a respectful and inclusive workplace, including:
-
Recognition, response, and prevention of discrimination and harassment
-
Promotion of a culture of respect and inclusion
-
Empowerment for accountability and speaking up
-
Compliance with UK and US regulations
The training is modular, meaning you can start/stop the training as needed and complete it at your own pace. The training must be completed by November 30, 2025.
Accountability & Engagement: Strategic Priorities for 2025
Accountability is the central focus for 2025, driven by findings from the 2024 Engagement Survey and targeted focus groups. Three key areas for improvement were identified:
Manager Training
- This year, we developed and launched a training focused on educating all managers across the organization in key areas.
- The first set of courses introduced this year included: goal setting, 1:1 meeting guidelines, and harassment prevention.
- Up next are modules on managerial responsibilities: giving and receiving feedback, showing appreciation, and having difficult conversations.
Process Review:
- Efforts to streamline and simplify have been happening across all locations – thank you!
- A few processes to highlight include: implementing 6S principles in warehouse operations, conducting quality audits to AS9120 standards, updating onboarding procedures, revising job descriptions, and launching the Buddy Program to enhance new employee experiences.
