Notable improvements have been made based on last year's participant feedback, including the introduction of updated training videos for both the review process and goal-setting. Launched on October 6, 2025, the Preventative Harassment Training is now available to all employees. The training reinforces GracoRoberts’ commitment to a respectful and inclusive workplace, including:
Recognition, response, and prevention of discrimination and harassment
Promotion of a culture of respect and inclusion
Empowerment for accountability and speaking up
Compliance with UK and US regulations
The training is modular, meaning you can start/stop the training as needed and complete it at your own pace. The training must be completed by November 30, 2025.
