Positioning Our Sales Team for Future Growth

We're continuing to strengthen our sales organisation through the integration of the Skymart team into GracoRoberts and a new sales structure at Silmid. These changes will enhance collaboration, expand customer coverage, and position us for future growth while keeping our people and customers at the centre of everything we do.

Bringing Skymart and GR Together to Enhance Regional Coverage

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting future growth and delivering greater value to customers, the Sales organization has recently completed the integration of the Skymart Technical Account Managers (TAMs) into the GracoRobert (GR) sales team.

This strategic move brings together expertise, resources, and market knowledge under a more unified structure, enabling the combined team to serve customers more effectively across a broader geographic footprint. By aligning Skymart and GR sales operations, all TAMs are now positioned to provide comprehensive coverage across their territories while supporting the full portfolio of key supplier distribution products, long with RF, PCC, and Packaging services.

The integration also significantly strengthens GR's presence in Latin America & Caribbean, expanding market reach and enhancing customer support capabilities across these important regions.

Continuity remains a key focus throughout the transition. Juan Gonzalez will continue to lead the former Skymart team and will report to John Vogt, ensuring stability while fostering closer collaboration across the wider sales organization.

Strengthening Collaboration at Silmid

Alongside the integration of the Skymart team, Silmid has also undertaken a strategic restructuring of its sales organization designed to strengthen collaboration, improve customer coverage, and support future growth.
As part of these changes, account responsibilities have been realigned, and Sales Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) have been brought together into a more integrated working environment. The team is now aligned under a dedicated Export and UK structure, creating clearer focus areas and encouraging closer collaboration across customer-facing roles.

These changes are designed to better position Silmid for the future by sharpening our focus, strengthening customer coverage, and ensuring we continue to deliver the highest levels of service to the customers who will help define Silmid's long-term success. By working more closely together, teams can share expertise, respond more effectively to customer needs, and identify new opportunities to drive value for both customers and the business.

The new structure has been developed with people at its heart. It is intended to better support Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and TAMs in their roles by improving operational effectiveness, enhancing customer support, and creating additional opportunities for both individual and organizational growth.
As we move through these transitions, it is important to remember that our success is driven by people first. The talent, expertise, and commitment of every individual within the team are what make GracoRoberts successful today and will enable us to achieve even greater success in the years ahead. These changes are not simply about organizational restructuring. They are about building a stronger foundation, creating greater alignment across our sales teams, and empowering our people to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting sustainable growth for years to come. Together, these changes represent an important step forward in building a more integrated, agile, and customer-focused sales organization, positioning the business for continued success in both established and emerging markets.
