Join us in welcoming Lexi as our new Customer Service Representative at PCC!

Lexi grew up in Bonney Lake! She also lived in Iowa for 4 years where she tended to angus and hogs that were commercially raised. Then moved back to Bonney Lake where she graduated high school. Her husband is currently in the Air Force. He was stationed in Hawaii and California before returning to Washington. Lexi enjoys playing the guitar and listening to records on the weekends. She also grew up playing lacrosse, so she loves going out to the fields on nice days to shoot goals or play catch. I am very excited to have her be a part of the team and look forward to supporting her growth!

Jose Lozada Welcomes Kaius Lutyens (PCC)

Kaius Lutyens - Customer Account Representative PCC

Mark Tepera Welcome Barbaro Pineiro (GracoRoberts)

Barbaro Pineiro - Manufacturing Manager

I'm pleased to introduce Barbaro Pineiro as our new Manufacturing Manager for Resin Formulators. Reporting to Mark Tepera, Barbaro will lead the Formulators, Planners, Inventory Control, and QC Lab teams. With two decades of manufacturing experience, including his recent role at Chef Merito, Barbaro brings valuable expertise. He has achieved GMP and BRC certification, implemented RedZone, and improved equipment efficiency significantly. As a Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt, he is passionate about continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Barbaro enjoys kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reading, and vacationing in Mazatlán. Despite being a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he won us over by not being an Eagles supporter.

Barbaro started on February 24 and has already made a positive impact, working closely with his team.

I also want to thank Maggie Mendoza for her exceptional leadership as Interim leader. Her dedication helped us achieve near-record revenues and over 80% OTD in February. Maggie will continue to support the team throughout March for a smooth transition.

Please join me in welcoming Barbaro and thanking Maggie for her dedication!
