On the Spot Award Recipients
The On the Spot Award program was developed to give employees a chance to recognize fellow teammates who go above and beyond in embodying our core values. This program is newly launched/re-launched across our family of brands, GracoRoberts, Silmid, SkyGeek, and Pacific Coast Composites to recognize all employees who exceptionally demonstrate the following core values:

This demonstrates his dedication to our company and its success by going the extra mile. "

"Recently, one of Alyssa's micro team members transitioned to a different department. Until we were able to fill that replacement, Alyssa was not only handling her own account portfolio but also taking care of Aerojet. They require ATS uploads which can be very cumbersome and time consuming. Her willingness to take on this responsibility ensured a seamless experience for the customer and the company. This demonstrates sweeping the floor and focusing on relationships: whatever it takes to provide a great customer experience for the customer. Her flexibility and dedication are truly appreciated."

"If I could give an on the spot to the whole Kent team I would. They are all fantastic. In this instance, Joe has gone above and beyond to help in quite a few situations for me. The most recent would be 2/13/25. When we did the account shake up for CSR's I got thrown into the mix of a difficult situation. I reached out to the Kent team and Joe messaged me immediately for the details and what I was needing. By the time the material in question arrived, it missed our FedEx Pickup He offered to take it to the FedEx location on his way home. I told him, that would be amazing, but I would leave that decision up to him as it was on his time. He made it happen and made sure I got the tracking information! Joe has been so willing to jump and do what it takes to make things happen on several occasions and with an amazing attitude as well! I hope to meet him and the team if I ever get out that way! They make my job so much easier! "
