New Features Coming in Q1
As part of our online first growth strategy, we’re making a number of key enhancements to both our Silmid and GracoRoberts websites to make it easier for customers to search and find products, as well as access important My Account features like order status, invoices, and customer service.
AI Enhanced Search – Silmid, GracoRoberts and SkyGeek will soon benefit from enhanced search through a new third-party tool that uses AI to match customer searches to the most accurate results. This tool will harmonize search configuration across the three websites allowing us to share best practice and streamline our search optimization.
Updated Navigation and UX Changes – Silmid and GracoRoberts will be the first to benefit from updated navigation structure reducing friction for the user and providing a slicker user experience. Both sites will have re-designed homepages that provide instant access to our product range.

Rence Winetrout – Chief Digital Officer
Rence joined GracoRoberts last year as part of the executive team to help lead digital strategy and initiatives across all GracoRoberts companies. Feel free to reach out to Rence if you have any questions or new innovative digital ideas to discuss.
Matt Ellis – eCommerce Manager
Part of the eCommerce team for over 7 years, Matt is responsible for the up-keep and all enhancements on both SIlmid.com and GracoRoberts.com. He handles the management of all developments from concept creation through to deployment.
Matt Letts – Product Information Manager
Matt has been with Silmid for over 11 years, and is responsible for the product catalogues for Silmid, GracoRoberts and SkyGeek. Matt’s remit includes identifying additions to each catalogue, and coordinating updates to most of the product data fields you see across our information systems.
Craig Titheradge – Product Information Administrator
As a Silmid employee for the past three years, Craig recently transferred from the Customer Services Team to eCommerce team. His job involves the day-to-day maintenance activity on the Silmid product catalogue. Yolanda Mahone - Product Information Administrator
Based in our Arlington office, Yolanda has officially joined the eCommerce team as of February 10th. Yolanda will continue to grow and maintain the GracoRoberts product catalogue through our Product Information Management (PIM) system. Matt Noble – eCommerce Administrator
Matt is on hand for all day-to-day support, working with the sales team supporting our customers. Matt also works on enhancement supporting with testing and specification work. Feel free to reach out to Matt through our ticketing system for any requirements you have.
