New Internal Communication Guidelines

One of our core values is Communicate—sharing information clearly and often. After listening to feedback from our Employee Focus Groups, we learned there’s room to improve how we communicate internally.

To address this, we’re introducing Internal Communication Guidelines for everyone.

What’s Included:

  • Tips on how quickly to reply to messages

  • Rules for urgent messages, so they get noticed fast

  • Simple email tips using the ABC formula (Action, Background, Clarity)

  • Ready-to-use email templates for common situations

  • Do’s and Don’ts for effective communication

  • Guidance on the best tools to use for different types of messages

What’s Next:

These guidelines will be shared with all managers and employees in early September.

Why It Matters:

By following these guidelines in our daily work, we’ll see real improvements—fewer missed messages, faster replies, and clearer communication across teams. This means less confusion, stronger collaboration, and better results for everyone.
