Juan Gonzalez Welcomes Michael Santangelo, Technical Account Manager at Sky Mart

With a background that spans military service and decades in the aviation industry, Mike brings a wealth of experience to the team. After serving four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Command-and-Control Technician, he built a successful career in aviation distribution and sales with organizations including Aviall, Aerospace Products International, Pattonair, and Wesco. His experience across multiple market segments has given him a strong understanding of customer relationships and supply chain solutions.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing the guitar and tackling projects around his home. He is most excited about joining GracoRoberts because of the opportunity to be part of a company that continues to grow and expand its global footprint.

Before joining GracoRoberts, Greg gained experience in a variety of roles, including working as a book reseller for a small Amazon business, a landscaper, and a part-time home health aide. His diverse background has helped him develop a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting gems and minerals and exploring his interests in computer graphics, video production, and video game development.

Leah Kaur Welcomes Ellie-Jade Pearce, Account Manager at Silmid, UK
Please join us in welcoming Ellie-Jade Pearce to the Sales team in Birmingham as our new Account Manager. Ellie-Jade joins us with three years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator and Research Partner and is a graduate of Leeds Beckett University, where she earned a BSc in Sports Science and Education in 2022.
Her background in recruitment and talent support has equipped her with valuable experience in building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Outside of work, Ellie-Jade enjoys cooking, watching sports, attending music festivals and concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family.
