Sergio De La Torre, Warehouse Operations Lead in Arlington, – Recognized by Brittney Zamora for Commit to Quality, Focus on Relationships, and Sweep the Floor. 

I would like to recognize Sergio De La Torre for an On The Spot Award for his commitment to quality, his focus on relationships, and his sweep the floor mentality. We had very short notice that a major manufacturing partner, Momentive, was coming in to discuss their packaging. While Gary was unavailable, Sergio stepped up to the plate and was willing to help us access cold material, so the visitors could do an inspection of how their packaging holds up in transit to us. What really stood out, beyond the assistance he provided, was his depth of knowledge and his willingness to actively engage in the discussion. His ability to offer innovative solutions to our partners was invaluable. One of their packaging engineers left our facility with new ideas to take back and implement to better support us. Sergio really stepped up and went completely above the call of duty to help make the business better!
