Deon plays a critical role in helping customers navigate the complexities of aerospace paint systems. With deep experience in coatings from leading manufacturers like AkzoNobel, she guides customers through specifications, Qualified Product Lists (QPL), color requirements, and gloss standards.

Her attention to detail ensures that every order aligns with exact technical requirements—reducing the risk of rework, compliance issues, or delays.

Known for simplifying complex coating needs, Deon works closely with customers and internal teams to verify key details such as specification compliance, color codes, manufacturer requirements, and product compatibility. By identifying the right solution early in the process, she helps customers find what they need faster, strengthen their supply chain, and keep production schedules on track.

Deon is based in Wichita, Kansas, home to the Intermix Color Lab, and works closely with the Intermix team, coordinating tint availability, custom color development, and fast turnaround for small-batch paint solutions, including touch-up kits and 1-to-10 gallon amounts.

This close collaboration ensures a seamless connection between technical requirements and in-house paint mixing capabilities, giving customers confidence in both speed and precision.
