I would like to recognize Nikie for Sweeping the Floor and Communication. Nikie has really stepped up after the recent personnel changes, taking on the workload of nearly 1,000 customer RFQs to help keep things moving smoothly. She's also done a great job keeping the team updated on her progress, making sure everyone has the information they need to manage customer expectations. Her willingness to jump in, help out, and communicate along the way has made a big difference during a challenging transition.
